Z Trastevere po stopách Garibaldiho / From Trastevere footsteps of Garibaldi

Něco málo z historie: 
  
  Celé devatenácté století vládla na Apeninském poloostrově revoluční nálada. Snem revolucionářů bylo vytvořit z několika zdejších království jeden jediný stát. Itálii, tak jak ji známe dnes. Cesta k tomuto snu ale nebyla snadná a mnozí za tento jednotný stát položili své životy. Těm je věnovaná vzpomínka na římském vrchu Gianicolo, kde na vrcholu stojí socha Giuseppa Garibaldiho, vůdce revoluce. Podél celé cesty jsou pak vystavené busty jednotlivým generálům. Procházku završuje muzeum v malé budově brány "Porta San Pakrazio". Muzeum je věnované bitvě o Římskou republiku roce 1849

Museum věnované bitvě o Římskou republiku naleznete v ulici Garibaldi pokud budete pokračovat nahoru ulicí dále. Je umístěné v bráně svatého Pankráce odkud můžete spatřit i vstupní bránu do parku Villa Pamphili, kam se můžete vydat po prohlídce muzea. (vstupné do muzea se neplatí)
